The fine print, minus the fine print
What happens when my free trial ends?
Nothing scary. Every new church gets 14 days of Pro free, no card required. When it ends, nothing is deleted and nothing is charged: you just drop to the Free plan until you pick one. Your volunteers, services, and history all stay put.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You only add a card if and when you choose a paid plan.
What's the difference between a volunteer and a login?
Volunteers are the people you schedule: greeters, sound techs, kids workers. They never log in, so they don't use up anything except your plan's volunteer count. Logins are the admin and user accounts for the people running the schedule.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 10, so two months free. Starter is $150 a year instead of $180, and Pro is $350 instead of $420.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Any time, right from Settings. Billing is handled by Stripe, so you can upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and annual, change your card, or cancel yourself. Downgrading never deletes your data.
